We Run the Whole Job

We look after the design, engineering and approval.
The same company pours the slab, builds the frame and does the fit-out.
You sign one contract, not five with different trades.

We Design for Your Block

We set the span, the width the roof covers, along with the height and openings, to suit your site.
We mark the shed out on your block instead of picking a size off a list.
We sort out the slope, the access and the soil while we design it.

We Handle the Approval

We start on the approval early, not as the last step.
We have the engineering done from the same drawings.
We lodge the application and follow it up until it's approved.

We Finish the Inside

We line and insulate the shed and put in the power and lighting.
We build mezzanines, a raised floor inside the shed, plus workshops and bathrooms.
With a kit, all of this is left for you to organise.

Two Ways to Get a Shed

With a kit you arrange most of the job yourself. When our Gold Coast shed builders design and build it, we do each part for you.

A kit arrives on a truck as a bundle of steel. It's a good product, but you only get the shell.

We look after everything from the first drawing to handover.

Buy a Kit: The frame engineering often comes with it, but the slab is up to you.

Building Approval
